The Many Personalities of Pizza

A little while ago I made a Pizza Calzone from this website. Why is it that pizza, which already tastes great the way it is, tastes so much more amazing when you wrap it up!? It was a little awkward to transport it on to the pizza stone, but well worth it. I also felt like a little girl braiding a friend's hair while I was braiding the dough, except when I put it into the oven and ate it afterwards :)  If you're going to go the effort to make pizza from scratch, you might as well take the extra step and make it a calzone!
