Hummingbird Coffee Cake

I couldn't resist...I bought teeny tiny bundt cake molds! I love them! I also love this coffee cake that I made for Mother's Day/Dad's Birthday (see his photo below). It's a combo of some of my favourite things: Pineapple, Coconut, Banana. Yum! Moist. Not too sweet so you can still eat it for breakfast!
